Product Information
Maison Amara provides 100% raw, unprocessed hair. Due to the natural nature of raw hair, slight variations in texture, color, and pattern may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

All Sales Final
All sales are final. Maison Amara does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of our products.

Order Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details, including shipping address, email, and product selection, are correct at the time of purchase. Maison Amara is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed within our stated processing timeframe. Once shipped, Maison Amara is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Fraud Prevention
